Oversee fixed asset investment and project management in the ecological and environmental sector. Manage finance, state-owned asset, and internal auditing of the Ministry and its affiliated institutions. Responsible for ecological environment science and technology initiatives, including drafting and implementing policies and plans to promote ecological development through science and technology.  Implement programs (special projects, funds, etc.) , and guide entrusted research management organizations in specific project management. Participate in guiding and promoting the development of circular economy and ecological and environmental industry.
