Kurexi Maihesuti, male, Uygur ethnicity, was born in Pishan, Xinjiang in March 1960. He began his first job in January 1977 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in January 1984. He graduated from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, where he studied economic management and received a postgraduate education.
