The current Standard specifies the maximum allowable fume emission concentration and minimum fume removal rate of treatment device in catering industry. The contents of this Standard (including the implementation time) is the same as the Emission Standard of Cooking Fume (GWPB 5-2000) issued by SEPA on Feb. 29, 2000 and replaces GWPB 5-2000 from the data of its implementation.
