This standard is formulated for enforcing the Environment Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, Radioactive Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic of China, and Administrative Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Inspection on Civil Nuclear Facility Safety, protecting the environment, safeguarding the human health, and setting the emergency-related parameters for pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants. This standard specifies the range, content, and format of the emergency-related parameters for pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants. Appendix A to this standard is regulatory and Appendixes B~F are referential. This standard is formulated under the organization of the Department of Nuclear Facility Safety Regulation and Department of Science, Technology, and Standards of the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
