Environmental protection control standard for imported solid wastes as raw materials–Vessels and other floating structures for breaking up

This standard is formulated for the purposes of enforcing the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Pollution by Solid Wastes and the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Radioactive Pollution and other laws and regulations, controlling the environmental pollution caused by vessels and other floating structures for breaking up in the imported solid wastes as raw materials. This standard specifies the specifications for the environmental control of vessels and other floating structures for breaking up in imported solid wastes as raw materials.
