This standard is formulated for the purposes of enforcing the Environment Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic of China, and Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic of China, and guiding and setting standards for the self-monitoring of pollution sources by cement manufacturing industry. This standard provides for the generic requirements for self-monitoring of pollution sources by cement manufacturing industry, the development of monitoring plans, and the basic contents of and requirements for the information recording and reporting.
