This standard is formulated for the purposes of enforcing the Environment Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, effectively utilizing and conserving resources, and mitigating the impact of plastic packaging products on the environment and human health. This standard specifies the environmental protection requirements for the raw materials, the manufacture of plastic packaging products, and the degradation performance, biochar content, printing, and labeling of the products.
