Mr. YE Min, Han ethnicity, was born in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province in July 1965. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1988 and started his career in July 1991. He graduated from China Institute of Atomic Energy, where he studied radiation protection and health physics and received a master’s degree in engineering.
