The standard was a revision of Specifications and test procedures for PM10 sampler (HJ/T 93-2003).
The standard was first issued in 2003 and this is the first revision of the standard. The standard added related information of PM2.5 samplers.
Specifications and test procedures for PM10 sampler (HJ/T 93-2003) will be abolished upon the date when the standard was put into effect.

The standard revises part of the information provided by Technical Specifications on Automatic Monitoring of Ambient Air Quality (HJ/T193-2005).
Provisions on installation and acceptance of automated monitoring system for PM10 set forth in Technical Specifications on Automatic Monitoring of Ambient Air Quality (HJ/T193-2005) will be annulled upon the date when the standard was put into effect.
