The standard was formulated for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China，Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law, Law on Prevention and Control of Water Pollution and Law on Prevention and Control of Noise Pollution, regulating and providing guidance on environmental monitoring information transfer.

The standard specifies the transfer pattern, procedures, data format and definition of code for environmental monitoring information.

This is the first issuance of the standard.

The standard was formulated for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China，environmental quality standard for noise and Technical specifications for environmental noise monitoring Routine monitoring for urban environmental noise, guaranteeing normal progress of environmental noise monitoring and unifying the coding of routine monitoring points for urban acoustic environment.

The standard provides the coding methods and rules for routine monitoring points of urban acoustic environment.

Technical specifications for fluoride and dust treatment in aluminum reduction waste gas (HJ 2033-2013)

The standard was formulated for the purpose of implementing Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law, regulating the construction of waste gas control projects and facility operation of the aluminum reduction industry, preventing waste gas pollution from aluminum reduction and protecting the environment and human health.

The standard specifies the technical requirements on the design, construction, acceptance check and maintenance of projects for fluoride and dust treatment in aluminum reduction waste gas.

The standard was formulated for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and Law on Prevention and Control of Pollution by Solid Waste, preventing environmental pollution and protecting the environment and human health.

The standard provides the general technical requirements on the design, construction, acceptance check and maintenance of solid waste treatment and disposal engineering.

The standard was formulated for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and Law on Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, regulating the construction and operation of wastewater treatment projects of the dyeing industry, preventing environmental pollution and protecting the environment and human health.

The standard provides the principle and measures for wastewater treatment of the dyeing industry, and technical requirements on the design, construction, acceptance check and operation of wastewater treatment projects of the dyeing industry.

The standard was formulated for the purpose of implementing Law on Prevention and Control of Pollution by Solid Waste, regulating the design, construction, operation and management of incineration disposal engineering on PCBs waste, preventing pollution from incineration disposal of PCBs waste, protecting the environment and safeguarding human health.
