Methods of analysing microquantity of uranium in water
(GB 6768-86 Putting into effect as of March 1, 1987)
Abstract:

This Standard includes the following three methods: 1) solid fluorescence method (tributyl phosphate extraction- uranium reagent ¢ò back-extraction or tri-n-octyl phosphine extraction)£»2) liquid laser fluorescence method£»3) spectrophotometry (tributyl phosphate extraction - uranium reagent ¢ò back-extraction). The first two methods are applicable to the determination of micro-quantity of uranium in natural water sample and waste water sample. While the third method is applicable to the determination of trace uranium in discharged waste water.
