This Standard includes the following three methods: 1) solid fluorescence method (tributyl phosphate extraction- uranium reagent Ⅱ back-extraction or tri-n-octyl phosphine extraction)；2) liquid laser fluorescence method；3) spectrophotometry (tributyl phosphate extraction - uranium reagent Ⅱ back-extraction). The first two methods are applicable to the determination of micro-quantity of uranium in natural water sample and waste water sample. While the third method is applicable to the determination of trace uranium in discharged waste water.
