This standard is formulated for the purpose of implementing Law of People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes and reducing the secondary pollution caused by incineration of domestic wastes. This standard (including the date it takes effect) is equivalent to Standard for Pollution Control on the Municipal Solid Waste Incineration, which was issued by State Environmental Protection Administration on February 29, 2000. This standard shall replace GWKB 3-2000 as of the day it becomes effect.
