The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution; standardizing the construction and operational management of bag filtration projects; controlling emission of dust and fine particulates; improving environmental quality and facilitating technical progress of bag filtration industry. The current standard specifies common technical requirements for design, construction and installation, test and check & acceptance, operation, maintenance and management of bag filtration projects. The current standard is released for the first time in China.
