The standard was formulated for the purpose of implementing Law on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, regulating the application of completely mixed anaerobic reaction tank in wastewater treatment, preventing water pollution and safeguarding human health. The standard defines technical requirements on the design of completely mixed anaerobic reaction tank, main equipment, check and control, construction and acceptance, operation and maintenance. The standard is for guidance only. This is the first issuance of the standard.
