The standard was formulated for the purpose of implementing the Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law, regulating development of industrial organic emission treatment projects, preventing and controlling pollution from industrial organic emissions and improving environmental quality. The standard provides technical requirement on the design, construction, check & acceptance and operation of industrial organic emission treatment projects based on adsorption method. The standard is for guidance only. This is the first issuance of the standard.
