The standard was formulated for the purpose of implementing Law on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, regulating construction and management of wastewater treatment projects of monosodium glutamate industry, preventing and controlling environmental pollution and protecting the environment and human health. The standard provides technical requirement on the design, construction, check & acceptance and operation of wastewater treatment projects of monosodium glutamate industry. The standard is for guidance only. This is the first issuance of the standard.
