The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, reducing emission of greenhouse gas and the adverse impacts of cement on the environment and human health during the production, utilization, packaging, transportation and disposal processes. The current standard specifies the terminology and definition, basic requirements, technical contents and testing methods for environmental labeling product ©¤ cement. The current standard is applicable to general Portland cement using new dry production process. The current standard is issued for the first time in China.
