The current standard specifies the technical methods for making local emission standards of air pollutants. It aims at guiding each province, autonomous region, municipality and its affiliated areas to develop local emission standards of air pollutants. The current standard includes the methods for making gaseous air pollutant emission standard from fuel combustion, methods for making gaseous air pollutant emission standard from production process; methods for making the standard to control fugitive emission of hazardous gases as well as the standard for sanitation protection distance in industrial enterprises; and method for making smoke & dust standard etc..
