The current regulations are developed for the purpose of improving the management of environmental protection archives of construction projects, standardizing it and giving full play to the role of environmental protection management in such processes as construction, production management, maintenance, completion check & acceptance, reform and expansion. The current regulations specify such contents as the basic requirements for environmental protection management archives work of construction projects; formulation, accumulation and putting into file of environmental protection management documents of construction projects as well as the management, development and utilization of such archives. It is applicable to the management of environmental protection management archives of construction projects developed by the competent environmental protection administrative departments and units at all levels.
