Water quality –Determination of chlorobenzenes –gas chromatography
HJ 621—2011 replacing GB/T 17131-1997 and putting into effect as of Nov.1, 2011
Abstract:

The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, protecting the environment, ensuring human health and standardizing the method for determining chlorobenzenes in water. The current standard specifies gas chromatography that determines chlorobenzenes in water. The current standard is applicable to the determination of chlorobenzenes in surface water, groundwater, drinking water, marine water, industrial effluent and sewage, the specific ingredients include 12 compounds such as chlorobenzene, 1,4-dichlorobenzene, 1,3- dichlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,3,5- trichlorobenzene, 1,2,4- trichlorobenzene, 1,2,3- trichlorobenzene, 1,2,4,5-tetrachlorobenzene, 1,2,3,5- tetrachlorobenzene, 1,2,3,4- tetrachlorobenzene, pentachlorobenzene and hexachlorobenzene. The current standard is the amendment of Water Quality —— Determination of 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,4-dichlorobenzene, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene——Gas Chromatography (GB 17131-1997). The current standard was firstly released in 1997 and this is the first amendment. Water Quality —— Determination of 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,4-dichlorobenzene, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene——Gas Chromatography (GB/T 17131-1997) shall be nullified since the date of implementation of the current standard.
