This Standard specifies the general rules for sampling airborne radioactive materials from nuclear facilities and the requirements for sampling method and equipment. It is applicable to various work sites, pipes and chimneys suitable for the sampling of airborne radioactive materials as well as taking air samples in atmospheric environment.
