This Standard specifies the authorized limits for normalized releases of gaseous or liquid radioactive effluents from nuclear fuel cycle that release into the environment under normal operations by each facility of nuclear fuel circulation. The current Standard is applicable to such nuclear facilities as uranium mines, hydro-metallurgy plant, isotope isolation plant, uranium part plants, nuclear power reactor (including heat reactor) and post-treatment plant.
