This Standard specifies the minimum technical requirements for the design and operation of interim storage of low and intermediate level solid radioactive waste from nuclear power plant. It is applicable to the interim storage of low and intermediate level solid radioactive waste from nuclear power plant. The interim storage of low and intermediate level solid radioactive waste from other nuclear facilities may also apply the current Standard accordingly.
