This standard is formulated for the purposes of enforcing the Environment Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Pollution by Solid Wastes, protecting the environment, safeguarding the human health, and setting standards for the determination of organochlorine pesticides in solid wastes and leachate. This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry used to determine 23 organochlorine pesticides in solid wastes and leachate. The appendix A to this standard is normative, and the appendixes B and C are referential. This standard is the original version.
