This guideline stipulates the basic requirements for ensuring the accuracy of data from laboratory providing testing results for the environmental management of chemicals. This guideline shall apply to the assessment of qualifications of chemical testing good laboratories as well as to the establishment and implementation of quality systems in such laboratories.
