Specifications for continuous emissions monitoring of SO2, NOX, and particulate matter in the flue gas emitted from stationary sources

(HJ 75-2017, replacing HJ/T 75-2007, entry into force on Mar. 1, 2018)

This standard is formulated for the purposes of enforcing the Environment Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic of China, strengthening the regulation over the monitoring of flue gas emissions from stationary sources, and improving the management over the continuous flue gas emissions from those sources. This standard provides for the specifications on the setup and functions, technical performances, monitoring complexes, installation, commissioning and testing of technical indicators, technical acceptance check, daily operation and management, quality assurance for daily operation, and data review and processing, of the continuous monitoring systems of the SO2, NOX, and particulate matter in the flue gas from stationary sources.
