This standard is formulated for the purposes of enforcing the Environment Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic of China, monitoring the air pollutants in the stationary source emissions, and setting standards for the performance, quality, and testing of the continuous emission monitoring system for SO2, NOX and particulate matter in the flue gas from stationary sources. This standard specifies the architecture, technical requirements, and testing items and methods of the continuous emission monitoring system for SO2, NOX and particulate matter in the flue gas from stationary sources.
