This standard is formulated for the purposes of enforcing the Environment Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, mitigating the impact of the raw materials, and the manufacture and use of culture paper on the environment and human health, and protecting the environment. This standard proposes the environmental protection requirements for the manufacture of culture paper, and the toxic and harmful substances in the products, and the brightness of the products.
